Job summary

St. Pauls Hospital in Saskatoon is seeking a Part-time Transplant Coordinator nurse with 5+ years of recent acute nursing experience to support the Saskatchewan Transplant Program.

The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and education for recipients and donors across pre- and post-transplant phases. Experience in critical care is an asset, and CRNS registration or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years recent acute nursing experience.
• Experience in critical care is an asset.
• Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic patient care for transplant patients and living donors within the Saskatchewan Transplant Program.
• Educate and evaluate recipients and donors pre- and post-transplant; monitor and intervene as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health team, patient and family to achieve quality care outcomes.
