Job summary

MVT Canadian Bus Inc. is seeking a dispatch supervisor on-site in Ontario to coordinate and monitor bus routes, dispatch drivers, and prepare reports. The role requires a relevant college diploma or equivalent experience, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

You will supervise bus drivers and other transit personnel, ensure adherence to safety regulations, and coordinate repairs and rentals as needed. This position emphasizes teamwork and timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum college diploma or certificate (1–2 years) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in dispatching, supervision, or transit operations preferred.
• On-site work as required.
