Job summary

ACCIONA in Toronto is seeking a seasoned Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of station electrical infrastructure for a major transit project. You will mentor field staff and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration with rail systems and ATC handovers.

The role requires 7+ years in electrical construction within transit projects, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of power distribution and codes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical construction experience in transit projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience coordinating electrical systems with mechanical, architectural, and rail interfaces.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of power distribution systems and electrical codes for transit.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and schedule-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of station electrical infrastructure.
• Mentor field staff, coordinators, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure integration with line-wide rail systems and ATC handovers.
• Coordinate with mechanical, architectural, civil, and rail teams.
• Manage FAT/SAT/IST testing and turnover packages.
• Ensure compliance with codes and project specifications.
