Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience performing quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates including feasibility and control budgets.
• Review contractor/sub-trade quotes for accuracy.
• Support Commercial Management in analyzing cost changes during construction.
