A leading buildings and infrastructure contractor is seeking a Chief Estimator to oversee estimating operations for civil projects in Toronto. Ideal candidates have strong leadership skills, significant estimating experience, and the ability to manage teams and client relationships effectively. Qualifications

• Over 15 years of field and estimating experience.
• At least 5 years in senior estimating roles with medium-to-large General Contractors.
• Experience in Water/Wastewater and Transit projects is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee estimating operations and supervise the estimating process.
• Complete project scope reviews and identify constructability requirements.
• Propose and approve bid strategies and cost mitigation strategies.
