Insight Global is seeking a Senior Transformation Program Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives across Client Onboarding and Client Servicing within Treasury & Payment Solutions and Lending. You will partner with business leaders, operations teams, and cross-functional pods to drive programs from planning through execution with governance, oversight, and executive reporting.

• Experience 10-15+ years in Program Management.
• Extensive experience leading transformation programs in financial services.
• Banking industry experience is mandatory.
• Experience supporting Client Onboarding, Client Servicing, TPS, Banking and Lending.
• Proven track record managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Experience driving strategy, planning, governance through implementation and execution.

Responsabilidades

• Present program updates to senior executives in Canada and the U.S.
• Drive accountability across downstream teams to ensure delivery outcomes.
• Create and maintain program plans, milestones, KPIs, transformation metrics.
• Partner with Operations, TPS, Lending, and Business Banking stakeholders.

Job Description

Our banking client is seeking a senior Transformation Program Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives across Client Onboarding and Client Servicing teams within Treasury & Payment Solutions (TPS) and Lending functions.

This individual will partner with business leaders, operations teams, and cross-functional delivery pods to drive strategic transformation programs from planning through execution. The successful candidate will provide governance, structure, oversight, and executive reporting while ensuring multiple transformation initiatives are delivered effectively across the organization.

This is a highly visible role that requires strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and operational transformation experience within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise transformation programs across Client Onboarding and Client Servicing functions.
• Establish program governance, delivery frameworks, and execution roadmaps.
• Coordinate activities across multiple business and delivery pods.
• Track transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation and execution.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Develop executive-level presentations, status reports, and steering committee materials.
• Present program updates and recommendations to senior executives and leadership teams in Canada and the U.S.
• Drive accountability across downstream teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Create and maintain program plans, milestones, KPIs, and transformation metrics.
• Partner with Operations, TPS, Lending, and Business Banking stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in program structure, governance, reporting, and execution methodologies.
