Job summary

TransUnion Canada is seeking a seasoned enablement and operations professional to manage onboarding, implementations, and ongoing customer configurations in test and production environments. You will coordinate multi-team projects, lead stakeholder discussions, and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with SLAs.

You will drive process improvements, perform QA reviews, and mentor colleagues while working in a hybrid setup across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder calls and meetings to provide updates, gather requirements, and drive outcomes.
• Review and manage queues, meet SLAs, and ensure quality standards.
• Handle complex inquiries and escalations, identify risks, and drive resolutions.
• Coordinate ad hoc projects with cross-functional teams and train new hires.
