Job description

A career within Transfer Pricing services will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients develop compliant, tax-efficient structures that support their business goals. You’ll focus on all aspects of documentation, planning, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements. Our team handles intercompany pricing arrangements, including transfers of intellectual property, tangible goods, services, loans, and other financing transactions. This position will primarily focus on intercompany financing transactions, such as interest rate analyses, debt capacity, and guarantee fees.

As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to resolve business issues, deliver high-quality client service, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Developing new skills outside of your comfort zone

• Coaching others, recognizing their strengths, and encouraging personal development
• Maintaining relationships with clients to understand their business beyond projects
• Contributing technical knowledge, analyzing complex ideas or proposals, and building meaningful recommendations

• Leveraging data and insights to inform decisions and support technology-driven efficiency
• Developing perspectives on global trends and their impact on clients
• Managing diverse viewpoints to build consensus and positive outcomes

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve problems

• Demonstrated experience in Transfer Pricing as a manager
• Experience with financing transactions
• An MBA, MA, or advanced degree in Economics, Tax, Finance, or Business Administration
• Strong research, writing, and quantitative analytical skills, with knowledge of financial analyses, credit risk, and capital markets
• Creative thinking to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions
• Ability to identify tax and business consulting opportunities
• Willingness to market services to clients
• High motivation and initiative for personal growth
• Ability to manage, develop, coach, and retain a team of tax professionals
