The IT Analyst II will actively participate in the development and support of applications utilized by Continuing Care & Seniors Health, focusing on supporting Assisted Living Alberta and related solutions in Connect Care. This position may include after-hours on-call support. Location is flexible within Alberta, with options discussed at appointment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for IT applications, ensuring reliable system operations.
• Resolve complex technical problems and lead projects and initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and evaluate vendor solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT or equivalent.

Additional Qualifications:

Post-secondary degree/diploma in Computing Science or related field, minimum 2 years IT experience, experience with vendor and in-house applications, strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in teams, customer service skills, and ability to link business strategy with technology solutions.
