Job summary

CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures in Kelowna, BC, seeks Transfer Coordinators for the winter season. You will be CMH's first guest contact on the motor coach, handling administrative and safety tasks, logistics, and customer service.

The role is casual, seasonal from late November to late April, with up to 7 positions and flexible scheduling.

Ideal candidates have post-secondary tourism education, experience as a tour guide or group leader, and strong high-end service skills.

Position Overview

Transfer Coordinators are CMH's first contact with guests while travelling from key meeting points to CMH staging areas. As the CMH representative on board the motor coach, responsibilities include a variety of administrative and safety-related tasks, as well as logistics management and customer service.

The Personal Driver is a seasonal/casual position. The CMH winter season runs from late November to end of April. This position calls for schedule flexibility throughout the operating season.

All employees will support the implementation of CMH health and safety and sustainability initiatives and participate in training and provide assistance as required during emergency response situations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in tourism, preferred.
• Experience as a tour guide or group leader, or equivalent experience in the service industry.
• Experience with high-end customer service.

Additionally, the candidate must have the confidence to interact with all levels of the company, including those in remote locations within a hub-and-spoke model.

Working Conditions

• Able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
