Job summary

Investia Financial Services Inc. is seeking a Transaction Technician to manage end-to-end processing of financial transactions and ensure adherence to control measures.

The role involves coordinating with advisors, clients, and internal teams while upholding accuracy in a dynamic, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma in Financial Services or related field, at least two years of relevant experience, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• College diploma in Financial Services, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Fully bilingual (English and French) across Canada.
• Knowledge of mutual fund industry and financial services products is an asset.
• Knowledge of accounting and taxation is an asset.
• Comfortable using computer applications and technology; training on internal systems provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full transaction process, including purchases and systematic withdrawals.
• Process mutual fund and segregated fund transactions within service standards.
• Ensure compliance with control measures through analysis of reports and reconciliations.
• Handle complex files, adjustments, correspondence, and client complaints.
• Communicate regularly with advisors, clients, and various business units across the organization.
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of administrative procedures.
