As a Transaction Technician , you will be at the heart of our mission. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Managing the full transaction process, including purchases and systematic withdrawals;
- Processing mutual fund and segregated fund transactions within established service standards;
- Ensuring compliance with control measures through the analysis of reports and reconciliations;
- Handling complex files, adjustments, correspondence, and client complaints referred to the team;
- Communicating regularly with advisors, clients, and various business units across the organization;
- Collaborating in the development and implementation of administrative procedures.

We are looking for someone who:

- Holds a college diploma in Financial Services, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Has a minimum of two years of relevant experience;
- Is comfortable using computer applications and technology. Training will be provided on internal systems;
- Has knowledge of the mutual fund industry and financial services products, which is considered an asset;
- Has knowledge of accounting and taxation, which is considered a strong asset;
- Is fully bilingual (English and French) , as the incumbent will be required to communicate, process files, and exchange correspondence with both English- and French-speaking colleagues, advisors, and clients across Canada on a frequent basis.
