As a Transaction Technician, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative expertise in processing various redemption requests and transactions related to individual annuity contracts while adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Applying your attention to detail by coding and updating information in computer systems (contract issuances, deposits, transfers, and other transactions).
  • Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of documentation associated with transaction requests.
  • Processing a high volume of diverse requests within established service standards and deadlines.
  • Contributing to operational quality in a fast‑paced individual savings and retirement environment where products evolve rapidly and tax regulations are frequently updated.

The typical hiring range for this position is between $50,000 and $55,000; base salary may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for a corporate bonus program and a comprehensive benefits package, including group insurance, a retirement savings plan, flexible time off, and wellness programs.
