We help leading companies originate, create, execute, and realize value from deals. Through data-driven insights, we ensure our clients make informed decisions to maximize value.
Our team supports both buy-side and sell-side due diligence, providing corporate and financial buyers with confidence by analyzing and validating financial, commercial, operational, and strategic assumptions. We specialize in the Financial Services sector, conducting due diligence and M&A activities across Insurance, Banking & Capital Markets, Asset & Wealth Management, and Fintech subsectors. As part of our team, you'll guide clients through various stages of the M&A process.

The salary range is $103,000 - $171,800, plus potential annual bonuses. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. This range reflects our British Columbia region; other regions may vary.
