Job summary

Alithya is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver client solutions in person and virtually, supporting adoption of Dynamics and Power Platform. You will design, implement and deliver training that drives learning outcomes across client teams.

In this role, you’ll manage projects to meet timelines, collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, and develop engaging content (guides, videos, ILT). English proficiency is required for client communication outside Quebec.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, or equivalent solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and ERP).
• Advanced computer skills across MS Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to develop training materials using Adult Learning Theory.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience with Microsoft AI Copilot and/or Microsoft Dynamics CE/CRM.
• Familiarity with Power Platform and Modern Work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client training in person and virtually.
• Develop comprehensive training solutions tailored to project needs.
• Manage projects within required timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Communicate with SMEs and client stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Create engaging training content (guides, videos, ILT materials).
• Deliver live training with clarity and confidence.
• Design and deliver adoption solutions for key stakeholders and end users.
