Job summary

Alithya Canada Inc. is seeking a Drupal Developer to help create, enhance, and support applications and programs in Montreal. You will participate in delivery strategies, design, and documentation, collaborate on development and testing, and provide technical support to IT operations.

The role involves writing specifications, preparing documentation, training users, and analyzing root causes of issues while monitoring incidents and supporting installation and testing of applications.

Qualifications

• Diploma of college studies (DCS) or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
• 4 years of relevant experience.
• French: Advanced

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing delivery strategies, analyses, design, and documentation for programs or applications.
• Collaborate on development, coding, and required testing.
• Provide technical support to IT operations or perform various follow‑ups.
• Contribute to writing functional specifications and user procedures.
• Participate in preparing documentation as well as in developing and delivering user training.
• Analyze issues and identify their root causes.
• Monitor system problems during medium‑ or high‑severity incidents and ensure their resolution.
