About The Role

DNV is seeking a motivated and results-driven Training Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The candidate will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and sell our training programs to corporate and individual clients, playing a key role in revenue growth.

This role is 100% remote within Canada.

What You'll Do

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  2. Prospect and generate new business through existing clients, networking, and referrals.
  3. Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their training requirements.
  4. Present and demonstrate training programs and solutions to clients.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and pricing to close deals.
  6. Build long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer information in CRM software.
  8. Collaborate with training and delivery teams to ensure smooth program implementation and high customer satisfaction.
  9. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.

Compensation for this role ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 CAD, influenced by experience, skills, and location.

About You

Requirements

  • Experience in training sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Pre-employment drug and background screening required

Preferred

  • Training in Sales within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector
