A leading company is seeking a Manager, Training Design & Delivery to support transformation initiatives for a major banking client. This role involves designing and delivering engaging training materials for a global audience, ensuring alignment with change management strategies, and facilitating sessions for diverse groups. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work 3 days on-site in downtown Toronto. Ideal candidates will have deep experience in training design, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency with multimedia content creation.
We are seeking a Manager, Training Design & Delivery to support a high-impact program for our banking client. Reporting to the Director, Major Program Change Management, this role will lead the design, development, and delivery of training required to support the launch of a new technology tool and its associated business processes.
You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts from both technology and process teams to understand the learning needs of a diverse global audience. Your focus will be on creating engaging, multi-format training materials (e.g., structure, content, guides) that are aligned with the broader change management strategy. You’ll also work in partnership with Global Learning & Development to ensure consistency with organizational standards and best practices.
A key part of the role includes facilitating training sessions, tracking participation, and reporting on training effectiveness and adoption metrics.
This is a 6-month contract, which has potential to extend beyond the initial contract term. This is a hybrid contract which requires the Training Manager to work 3 days per week onsite at our client's office in downtown Toronto.
