Full-Time: Temporary (18 Months)

The Opportunity: The Training Department is looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity, covering a 18-month maternity leave . This role offers the potential for extension or transition into a permanent or evolved role. You'll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team fostering a culture of learning and enablement .

What You’ll Do :

LMS Administration (Dayforce) – Manage the Learning Management System, including user setup, course or learning plan assignments, and analytics/reporting

Content Review & Development – Review existing learning content to ensure alignment with sales resources and initiatives, while identifying opportunities for new or adjusted learning content (virtual)

Scheduling & Onboarding Coordination – Support the organization of training sessions and onboarding pathways

Learner Support – Act as a point of contact for learner questions, engagement tracking, and issue resolution

Delegated training SME – Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to align and create GTM messaging and training content ( i.e. sales newsletter)

Who You Are :

Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using video editing tools, CRMs, LMS platforms, Microsoft 365, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT , NotebookLM , Gamma.app , Murf.Ai )

Collaborative Communicator – A team player who communicates clearly and works well with others

Organized & Resourceful – Excellent at managing tasks, timelines, and details in a fast-paced environment

Background in Admin, Sales, or Marketing – Bonus if you bring experience in any of these areas

Coachable & Growth-Oriented – Open to supporting instructor-led course development and presentations while building facilitation skills through collaboration and hands-on experience.
