Tasks

As the Training and Quality Specialist, you will take on a diverse set of responsibilities, such as:

1. Coordinate, schedule, and perform orientation, initial, and recurrent trainings
2. Maintain and support all personal data and training records in MINT, SuccessFactors, or any other learning management system application
3. Apply and upload external trainings
4. Develop training programs and courses
5. Assist, create, and monitor upcoming tasks with the QA department
6. Prepare and participate in internal and external audits
7. Handle duties related to Document Control
8. Perform duties as assigned by the Quality Manager
9. All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
