Collaborates with other Trainers and Educators to provide a variety of instruction, both in-person and virtual for all FirstHealth employees. Acts as a change agent for new initiatives. Facilitates positive learning and practice environment.

Responsibilities

Prepares and delivers instructional content in a variety of forms. Assists with orientation of new employees, administrates the Learning Management System (LMS), designs computer-based learning modules. Facilitates system-wide training for FirstHealth initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Management or related field required (Masters Degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training/education
  • High level of ability to use varieties of technology.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and change priorities quickly.
