Job summary

FFUN Trailers Saskatoon is seeking a self-motivated Trailer Sales Consultant to help customers find the right trailer for work, recreation or hauling, and to lead with our rental customers. You’ll actively promote inventory online, manage social media and ensure listings are accurate while keeping the trailer lot organized and ready for customers.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-service experience; trailer/automotive experience is a plus.
• Ability to promote listings online and manage social media.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Trailer Sales Consultant – FFUN Trailers Saskatoon

Permanent Full-Time

FFUN Trailers Saskatoon is looking for a self-motivated, energeticTrailer Sales Consultantwho knows how to create opportunities—not just wait for customers to walk through the door.

In this role, you’ll help customers find the right trailer for their work, recreation or hauling needs while taking the lead with our trailer rental customers. You’ll actively promote inventory online, manage social media and Facebook Marketplace listings, keep our website accurate and ensure the trailer lot is organized, presentable and ready for customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend the right trailer and accessories
• Generate sales opportunities through prospecting, lead follow-up, referrals and relationship building
• Take the lead with trailer rental customers from their initial inquiry through pickup and return
• Help rental customers select the right trailer for their needs and explain rental requirements, pricing and operating expectations
• Manage rental inquiries, reservations, availability and required documentation
• Coordinate rental trailer preparation, customer pickup and scheduled return
• Complete and document pre-rental and return inspections, including trailer condition and any damage concerns
• Ensure rental trailers are clean, safe, organized and ready for the next customer
• Create and maintain engaging trailer listings on Facebook Marketplace and other social media channels
• Take clear, appealing photos and videos of sales and rental inventory for online promotion
• Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries, comments and messages
• Keep website inventory, pricing, photos, rental information and product details accurate and up to date
• Monitor online listings and refresh or update them to maintain visibility
• Maintain strong knowledge of trailer models, features, applications, available inventory and promotions
• Support customers throughout the complete sales process, from first contact through delivery
• Manage and maintain the trailer lot, ensuring sales and rental inventory is organized, accessible and properly displayed
• Regularly inspect the lot and inventory for cleanliness, presentation, signage and pricing accuracy
• Coordinate trailer placement and help prepare units for customer appointments, deliveries and rentals
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
• Represent the FFUN brand with enthusiasm, professionalism and a customer-first attitude

What we’re looking for:

• A motivated self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
• Previous sales, rental or customer-service experience; trailer, automotive, agricultural, construction or recreational experience is an asset
• Comfortable taking ownership of the complete trailer rental customer experience
• Comfortable promoting products and communicating with customers through Facebook Marketplace and social media
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
• Confidence working independently and managing daily priorities
• A friendly, approachable communicator who asks good questions and listens carefully
• Comfortable working outdoors and helping maintain an organized trailer lot in changing weather conditions
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn website, inventory and rental-management systems
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
