Job summary

All-Equip/Platinum Trailers is seeking an Assembler in St. Marys, ON to join our hands-on production team. You’ll install components, run wiring, fit parts, and build Platinum Trailers Grain trailers from drawings using hand and power tools.

This full-time, on-site role offers a stable day shift, Monday to Friday, with extended health care and overtime in a fast-paced shop. A valid Canadian work permit is required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Canadian work permit.
• Mechanically inclined with tool experience.
• Experience with hand tools is required; power tools is an asset.
• Ability to follow drawings and instructions.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team.
• Physically capable of fast-paced shop work.
• Reliable transportation.
• Detail-oriented with a quality mindset.
• Commitment to safe PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and install components according to drawings.
• Run wiring according to drawings and layouts.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete trailer builds.
• Assemble Platinum Trailers Grain trailers and support related fabrication tasks.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow production priorities and complete tasks on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow PPE requirements.
• Communicate job status and issues with leads.
