Job summary

All Equip Repair is seeking a hands-on Labourer for full-time, on-site work in our manufacturing shop. You will install components, run wiring, fit parts, and help complete full trailer builds with the team, following drawings and safety standards.

The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, tool proficiency, and reliability in a fast-paced environment, with day shifts and growth potential within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Canadian work permit.
• Mechanically inclined — comfortable working with tools and equipment.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools required.
• Ability to follow drawings and instructions.
• Comfortable working independently and with a team.
• Physically capable of working in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset.
• Commitment to safe work practices and proper PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and install components according to drawings and instructions.
• Run wiring and lines following pre-drawings and layout requirements.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to complete trailer builds.
• Assemble Platinum Trailers Grain trailers and support related fabrication tasks.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow production priorities and complete tasks on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all PPE and safety requirements.
• Communicate clearly with leads and team members regarding job status and issues.
