Job Summary:

The Americas Legal Department seeks a Trading Agreement Negotiator with experience in negotiating repurchase agreements and ISDAs. We seek a versatile, dynamic team player with excellent technical, client care, organizational, and communication skills.

We Require:

• At least 5 years of experience negotiating repurchase agreements and ISDA/CSAs.
• Knowledge of other trading agreement types is advantageous.
• Understanding of close-out netting opinions.
• Experience in updating or creating standard templates and negotiation manuals.
• Strong commercial awareness and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to identify and manage legal and contractual risks.
