Job summary

Evertz Microsystems, a global leader in broadcast technology, is seeking a detail-focused associate for in-office work in Burlington, Ontario. You will confirm shipments against packing slips, verify packing slips against purchase orders, and perform AS400 data entry to maintain accurate inventory records.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy.

• AS400 experience is a plus.
• Ability to work without supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Must wear steel-toed shoes/boots.

Responsibilities

• Confirm the product shipped matches the packing slip.
• Ensure the packing slip matches the purchase order.
• Data entry of parts into AS400 inventory system.
• Inspect for damage.
• Place acceptable parts in inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.
