CN is seeking a Supervisory Track Production Lead for the Kamloops region. The incumbent will oversee the production team, ensuring safe, quality, and efficient output for Engineering's capital and maintenance programs.

You will manage unionized railroaders, drive continuous improvement, mentor staff, and coordinate scheduling, inventory, and shipments while maintaining strong customer communications and adherence to CN standards.

Formación

• Must have unionized production supervision experience.
• Education/certifications listed are required or equivalent.
• Flexibility for travel and outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a unionized production team to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Mentor and coach staff; drive training, audits, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate production planning, scheduling, and shipping within the region.
• Ensure procedures comply with CN track standards and customer requirements.
