Job summary

Finning Canada at Mildred Lake is seeking a Track Press Operator to join our team on a 7x7 continuous shift rotation. You will safely operate the track press, perform daily housekeeping, and support undercarriage activities to meet quality and turnaround targets.

Qualified candidates have Grade 12 or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, and a safety‑minded mindset. Union membership is required; Finning offers industry‑leading benefits and employee share options.

• Flexibility to perform varying tasks within the undercarriage area.

• Experience with undercarriage work and forklift experience would be assets.

We are seeking Track Press Operators to join our team at Mildred Lake. As the Track Press Operator, you are responsible for safely and accurately performing a variety of duties in the Track Press Area. An understanding of undercarriages and/or heavy-duty equipment would be beneficial.

Important Information:

• This position is based at the Mildred Lake Shop Facility on a 7x7 continuous shift rotation.
• This position requires frequent lifting and significant degree of walking, bending and transporting objects of various weights and dimensions.
• Hours and shift schedule may be subject to change to meet customer and/or Finning (Canada) requirements. Please note that any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the current Collective Agreement
• Union Membership: You are required to become a member of the Union associated with this position. This will be effective immediately and will result in union dues being deducted from your pay. The terms and conditions of your employment will be governed by the collective agreement.
