Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Town Security Guard to lead an on-site security team in Fort McMurray, Alberta. You will schedule shifts, ensure adherence to security procedures, issue access cards, and prepare daily and incident reports, working in a dynamic client environment.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• First aid certification.
• Full Class 5 advanced - Driver's Licence.
• Hold a valid security license.
• CSO - Common Safety Orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of on-site security guards.
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team.
• Ensure guards follow and stay updated on instructions.
• Issue and manage access cards.
• Complete daily reports and incident reports.
• All other related duties.
