Job summary

Groupe Madysta is seeking a Telecom Rigger to install radios, lines, antennas, and related telecom equipment at various job sites across the Maritimes. The role involves climbing towers and working at heights, with travel responsibilities to client sites.

Candidates must hold the ASP Construction certification, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, and reside in New Brunswick near Dieppe. Bilingual English/French is an asset; the position offers comprehensive benefits and a team-focused safety

Qualifications

• Hold the ASP Construction certification.
• Possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Reside in New Brunswick near Dieppe.
• Able to climb telecommunications towers 200–300 feet.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Install telecommunications equipment (radios, lines, antennas, etc.).
• Perform work at heights on telecommunications towers.
• Connect and integrate telecommunications equipment.
• Carry out vertical and horizontal movement within steel or wooden structures.
• Perform tasks while fully suspended in the air.
• Use hand and electronic tools safely and effectively.
• Collaborate in maintaining cohesion across all departments.
• Promote and contribute to prevention of health and safety.
