Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards, this role plays an integral part in the design, administration and continuous enhancement of the Firm’s compensation programs. The Total Rewards Specialist, Compensation will support key initiatives including market benchmarking, salary structure management, and annual compensation review processes across our Canadian and international offices. The anticipated annual salary for the Total Rewards Specialist, Compensation position is $85,000 – $105,000. Salary levels will be determined commensurate with internal equity, market equity and experience.
