Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in Toronto seeks a Rates & Billing Compliance Administrator to support the Billing Compliance team in rate renewals and outside counsel guideline compliance. The role involves setting client/timekeeper rates, maintaining rates in the systems, and liaising with clients via e-billing platforms.
You will work with the Pricing and Finance teams to secure new rates and ensure timely submissions, review monthly timekeeper rates, and advise on rate structures in Aderant.

Reporting to the Manager, Billing, the Rates & Billing Compliance Administrator will be responsible for assisting the Billing Compliance team with various administrative requests related to rate renewals, compliance with outside counsel guidelines and ad-hoc e-billing compliance requests.

The anticipated annual salary for the Rates & Billing Compliance Administrator position is $70,000 - $80,000. Salary levels will be determined commensurate with internal equity, market equity and experience.
