We are seeking a Total Rewards Compensation Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract basis in any of our offices .
The Total Rewards Compensation Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's compensation programs are competitive, equitable, compliant with relevant legislation and aligned with business goals. This position involves analyzing market trends, evaluating internal pay practices, maintaining the firm's pay equity program, and providing actionable insights to support the development and administration of compensation policies and practices. This role will also be responsible for job evaluation and maintaining the job architecture. Compensation reporting and analytics will also be a key responsibility.
Liaising with the Total Rewards team and colleagues in Talent and Professional Resources, they will be responsible for the administration of the firm's compensation programs, as well as acting as the subject matter expert and advising on best practices and the firm's compensation philosophy.

We offer a competitive total rewards package with the expected range of the annual salary to be between $73,183 to $101,108.
The final salary is influenced by the location of the incumbent and may fluctuate based on the qualifications, skills, and market considerations, ensuring alignment with internal and external pay equity standards.
