Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled contractor to support the Organizational Effectiveness Team within our HR department. The individual will be responsible for various tasks including document creation, updating, and refreshing existing documents, creating organizational design graphics, running organizational analytics and reports, coordinating projects, and supporting client communications.
Job Responsibilities
Develop tools and templates to support organizational effectiveness and other HR initiatives
Update and refresh current documents to ensure accuracy and consistency with HR and company standards
Design visually appealing organizational graphics for presentations and reports
Conduct organizational analytics and prepare reports based on collected data
Coordinate logistics for projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking project milestones
Assist in client communications by drafting emails, preparing presentations, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries
Work collaboratively across the broader HR Integration and Enablement team to support other initiatives as needed.
Job Qualifications
Proven experience in document creation, document management, and graphic design
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare insightful reports
Attention to detail ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in documentation and communication materials
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Visio, and/or other project management tools
Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively
Additional Information
Experience working on Organizational Effectiveness and/or Instructional Design projects.
Experience working within an HR Department would be considered an asset.
Previous experience within a large oil and gas company would be an advantage.
