Job summary

Medtronic Canada is seeking a Total Rewards professional to develop and administer employee benefits, wellness, and compensation programs. You will oversee job evaluation and wage/salary administration, including incentive plans, while preparing salary recommendations for new hires and promotions.

You will support sales incentive plans, recognize programs, and labor-market analyses to ensure equity and competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or equivalent) and 0 years of experience.
• Broad theoretical job knowledge typical of advanced education.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers employee benefits, wellness and compensation programs.
• Direct or functional control over job evaluation and wage/salary administration, including all incentive plans.
• Prepare and deliver employee communication and training programs.
• Prepare and support salary recommendations for new hires and promotions.
• Support development, communication and administration of sales incentive plans.
• Champion the Recognize! program in Canada and manage local recognition programs.
• Conduct surveys to determine compensation trends; analyze jobs and review descriptions.
• Support Pay Equity requirements in Canada and update salary ranges annually.
