WTW in Montreal seeks a Work & Rewards Analyst to collaborate with top consultants on compensation strategy projects across industries. You will analyze data, draw conclusions, present results and recommend solutions while working in project teams.

The role covers base pay design, incentive design, benchmarking and regulatory awareness. You will develop analytical work, value equity awards, and communicate in English and French with clients.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, human resources, marketing, finance, mathematics, statistics or any other major with meaningful quantitative course work, and minimum GPA of 3.0 (expected graduation Spring 2026)
• Work experience that demonstrates strong technical and/or client service skills (analyst type of internship preferred)
• Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed the standards of the client
• Strong financial literacy is highly preferred
• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
• Accepting applications from candidates that graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between May 2026 through June 2027

• Performing industry and financial research
• Keeping abreast of legal, regulatory and legislative trends that relate to corporate governance and compensation
• Modeling pay structures and conducting financial impact analyses of alternative designs
• Developing, analyzing and calibrating executive and broad-based incentive plan designs that help support companies’ business strategies
• Drafting documents presenting the team’s analytical work to client audiences
• Valuing equity awards through the application of financial formulas
• Increasing efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes
