Job summary

Robinhood is expanding into Canada and hiring a Staff Product Manager to own Canada-focused product strategy and end-to-end experiences. Based in Toronto with in-person work at least 3 days weekly, you will partner with data, design, engineering, marketing, operations, and regulatory teams to deliver localized offerings and drive growth.

You will lead market-specific product playbooks, align with cross-functional teams, and ensure parity with US and global markets while shaping the Canadian user

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience for consumer products.
• Experience with global or multi-region product initiatives.
• Proven use of research, experiments, and data analytics to guide decisions.
• Ability to coordinate across distributed teams (engineering, design, legal, marketing).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions and levels.
• Passion for financial products that improve consumer outcomes.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently; open to travel.
• Willingness to work in EST and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for Canada-focused offerings.
• Lead Canada-specific product vision and priorities with cross-functional teams.
• Drive roadmap adaptation for local market needs and tax-advantaged features.
