Job summary

Robinhood is expanding into Canada and seeking a Staff Product Manager to own Canada-focused product strategy and execution. The role sits in Toronto with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week, and requires coordinating with data, design, engineering, marketing, operations, and regulatory affairs to democratize finance in Canada.

You will lead the playbook for user acquisition, growth, and localized offerings while ensuring parity with US and global markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as PM of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products and growth efforts.
• Ideally past experience working on a global consumer facing product.
• Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making.
• Experience working with and coordinating across globally dispersed teams.
• Past experience working with engineering, design, research, legal, compliance and marketing in previous roles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for financial products that improve people’s financial lives.
• Motivation to be a self-starter.
• Open to travel.
• Willingness to work in EST.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Ship tailored financial products into the Canadian market with cross-functional teams.
• Craft and communicate a Canada-focused product vision and priorities.
• Drive the roadmap and build local tax-advantaged features and funding rails.
• Develop strong collaborations across design, engineering, and operations.
• Partner with communications, compliance, content, customer experience, and marketing leaders.
• Ensure parity of product lines across US and global markets.
