Qualifications

• Licensed Tool & Die Maker with 5 years' experience in supervision.
• Licensed status and supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of tooling, dies, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards for equipment and work area.
• Perform supervisory duties and manage workflow in a toolroom.
• Coordinate with apprentices, helpers and contractors.
• Support production by addressing issues and driving quality improvements.
• Lead a team of toolmakers to meet production schedules with quality.
