Qualifications

• Licensed Tool & Die Maker or Machinist with Canadian certification.
• Experience with water brazing/welding preferred, training available.

Responsibilities

• Manual milling and minor editing of programs using Mastercam.
• Verifying and interpreting engineered drawings and maintaining reports.

Job description

Are you a licensed Tool & Die Maker (430A)/Mold Maker(431A) or Machinist (429A) seeking a new opportunity in the Hanover area?

Harbinger Network has partnered with an industry leading organization to find additional support for their tooling team.

What will you be doing?:

• manual milling
• assisting with small press set ups (up to 50 tonnes)
• minor editing of programs (Mastercam)
• verifying and interpret engineered drawings
• maintain accurate reporting using ERP system
• operating wire and sink EDM machines

What do you bring to the table?:

• must have a 430A, 431A or 429A Tool & Die, Mold Maker or Machinist license issued in Canada
• live within a reasonable commute of Hanover, Ontario
• previous experience withwater brazing/welding is ideal, but will train
• experience using Solidworks, Mastercam and operation of Microsoft Office programs
• able to read and interpret engineered drawings
• able to work within tight tolerances
• strong communication skills, both oral and written are required
