About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team in Canada. You will be the trusted advisor for our enterprise customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions and fostering long-term relationships. The role requires expertise in customer communication, escalation management, executive business reviews, contract management, public clouds, ERPs (especially JDE and Oracle Cloud), and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication & Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the primary contact and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Escalation Management : Identify, manage, and resolve customer issues proactively, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resolution and preventive measures.
  • Contract Understanding : Fully understand contract terms, SLAs, and deliverables, providing guidance on amendments and renewals.
  • Executive Business Review (EBR) : Conduct strategic reviews with customer executives, highlighting achievements and opportunities, and providing actionable insights.
  • Technical Expertise : Demonstrate understanding of public cloud solutions and ERPs, particularly JDE and Oracle Cloud, advising customers on best practices.
  • Customer Success Strategy : Develop and execute success plans aligned with customer objectives, monitor health metrics, and drive adoption, retention, and expansion initiatives.
  • Technical Collaboration : Work with technical teams to identify issues, develop improvement plans, and ensure timely resolution of service activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Customer Success Management or similar roles in the technology sector.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage escalations and interpret contractual obligations.
  • Experience conducting Executive Business Reviews and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of public clouds, ERPs, especially JDE, Oracle solutions, and Oracle Cloud.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and excellent presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field; MBA is a plus.
