Job summary

Kal Tire in Canada is hiring a Tire Technician to support daily shop service, install, repair, and maintain tires. This temporary role offers both full-time and part-time hours across our stores, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

You will work with a hands-on team, operate tire service equipment, lift 30-50 lbs, and contribute to a smooth workflow. Employment begins with hands-on training and potential long-term opportunities in the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Previous tire technician or automotive experience or training is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Team-oriented with a practical, safety-first approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Tire Technician, you’ll support the day-to-day service work in the shop, installing, repairing, and maintaining tires while helping keep operations running smoothly. This is a temporary position with full-time and part-time hours available for the duration of the contract.

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
