Job summary

Kal Tire in Hope, BC is seeking a Tire Technician to support daily shop service, including installing, repairing, and maintaining tires.

This temporary role offers both full-time and part-time hours, hands-on training, and a safety-focused team environment. Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 30–50 lbs while staying active.

Qualifications

As a Tire Technician, you’ll support the day-to-day service work in the shop, installing, repairing, and maintaining tires while helping keep operations running smoothly. This is a temporary position with full-time and part-time hours available for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works safely, supports each other, and takes pride in getting the job done right.

Requirements

• Previous tire technician or automotive experience or training is preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and reliabilityTeam-oriented with a practical, safety-first approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Store Details

• Hours of Operation
  • Monday to Friday: 7:30 - 18:00
  • Saturday: 8:00 - 17:00
• Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 14, 2026

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
