Forsite Consultants Ltd based in Prince George, BC, is seeking a Timber Cruiser to support forest development activities, including cruise planning, operational timber cruising, data compilation, and delivering final cruise maps and reports. It is a field-focused role with some office work.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year as head timber cruiser in BC, a solid understanding of the BC Timber Cruising Manual, and a valid driver’s license.

The Timber Cruiser is responsible for forest development activities including the development of cruise plans, operational timber cruising, quality control, data summary, the development of final cruise maps, and the compilation of cruise data and deliverables. This is a field focused position, but some office work will be required. Work in other phases of timber development should be anticipated.
