• Maintain proper product quantities, shelf life, and inventory levels while minimizing waste.
• Support speed-of-service goals by working efficiently and assisting guests across restaurant areas.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, cleaning, and operational procedures.
• Monitor and record product, refrigerator, and freezer temperatures as required.

• Food Handler Certification is an asset.
