Job summary

CFIB is Canada’s largest association dedicated to small and medium-sized businesses. We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to join our Milton/Mississauga team and manage a local sales territory, meeting business owners and presenting CFIB solutions to deliver value and savings.

With daytime, weekday hours and autonomy in a supportive environment, you will earn total compensation of $85,000–$95,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $135K+.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Coachable mindset with interest in long term career growth.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role.
• Experience with CRM tools is considered an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Milton/Mississauga area.
• Meet with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their needs.
• Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support while proactively generating leads through various channels.
• Build long term relationships with members.
• Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support.
