Job summary

The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Richmond, BC is seeking a full-time, permanent team member to assist customers, process donations, and help manage daily store operations. You will greet donors, sort and price donated items, and ensure accurate cash handling while upholding safety and presentation standards.

This role requires a few months of experience with cash handling, basic literacy, and the ability to lift up to 29 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and donors in a positive, friendly manner.
• Assist in processing donations and stocking merchandise.
• Handle cash and debit transactions with accuracy and minimal errors.
• Maintain store cleanliness, layout, and safety as per OH&S guidelines.
• Assist with inventory control and price tagging.
• Support with window displays and product presentation.
