We're seeking someone to join our team as a Third-party Reporting & Analytics Lead. This role will leverage the Global Supplier Services (GSS) data to deliver insights into the Firm's third-party relationships. They will work on reporting solutions to provide transparency and help determine opportunities to optimize Third-party expenses. This position will require a strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and an understanding of third-party relationships and the source to pay processes. This candidate is expected to provide reporting & analytics deliverables in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.

This is a Director level position within the Global Supplier Services Data & Analytics Team, which uses business intelligence tools to deliver analytical solutions to stakeholders across the Firm.

What you'll do in the role:
  • Turn business requirements into solutions that drive meaningful reporting and analysis for stakeholders across Sourcing and the Firm.
  • Oversee/work with global and outsourced teams to drive operational excellence and consistency. This includes assisting with quality assurance, resolving escalations, monitoring and ensuring adherence to KPIs.
  • Write complex queries for large volumes of data (joins, functions, sub queries, etc.).
  • Work independently with stakeholders for any ad hoc data requests or modifications to existing reporting solutions and dashboards.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the data model/structure to perform meaningful analysis and apply it to business needs.
  • Monitor a healthy pipeline of deliverables to ensure they are correctly prioritized and completed on time.
What you'll bring to the role:
  • At least 6 years of experience in a professional setting with a strong focus on reporting and data analytics and a bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience of collecting, analyzing and synthesizing large and complex datasets.
  • Client management and teamwork skills: Demonstrated ability in being flexible and working with stakeholders and colleagues at all experience levels, as well as external counterparts.
  • Experienced use of BI tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Dataiku, Tableau, PowerBI or similar, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding/interest in how AI solutions can enhance/optimize data practices.
  • Industry experience with sourcing (Ariba on demand), procurement, accounts payable, third‑party data and expense management (preferred).
