Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria is seeking culinary staff to requisition supplies, prepare and cook complete meals, and ensure dietary needs are met for guests. This role is based at the physical location with no remote option and requires 1–2 years of kitchen experience.

The position features seasonal full-time hours, on-site housing options, and additional on-site amenities. Applicants must be able to work a 30–40 hour week and stand for long periods.
