Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, BC is seeking a kitchen professional to plan menus, prepare meals, and supervise kitchen staff. This role requires a strong background in kitchen operations and the ability to manage inventory and orders at a busy hotel.

The position is seasonal and full-time, with hourly pay and 30–40 hours per week. On-site relocation benefits and housing options are included, and candidates must have a secondary school certificate and 3–5 years of relevant experience.
